Remane Royal & Co. Refund & Return Policy

At Remane Royal & Co., we take pride in providing premium luxury hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are met.

Returns

We only accept returns if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and unaltered

  • The original packaging and bundle ties must remain intact

  • The hair must not be brushed, combed, washed, cut, colored, or manipulated in any way

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

If these conditions are met, please contact us to begin the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Installed hair extensions

  • Hair that has been brushed, combed, cut, washed, colored, or altered

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale or promotional items

Once the bundle ties have been removed, the product is considered used and non-returnable.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved by Remane Royal & Co. before being sent back.

If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a product that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Chargebacks

Customers must contact us directly regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order disputes and account restrictions.
